The PHILLYMADE party, brought to you by BASSic Black Entertainment and Kontraband215, was the perfect start to the Made In America star-studded weekend!!

Some of the biggest names in entertainment were in the place to be including Elle Varner, Common, and our host Deelishis from Flavor of Love!! Guests enjoyed live music from BBE Artist Aaron Camper, Chill Moody, and ReverbNation contest winner Mylezia! Philly native, DJ Aktive kept the party going until 2am! Pharrell Kicks Off the 2014 NFL Season

Pharrell took the stage at Seattle’s CenturyLink Field to kick off the 2014 NFL Season!! Equipped with a full band provided by BASSic Black Entertainment, Pharrell gave Seattle fans the performance of a lifetime!

Pharrell hit the stage first, wearing a relatively toned-down hat (for the noted chapeau enthusiast, at least), his Uniqlo Think Other T-shirt, jeans and high-tops. He was joined by a live band and dancers wearing white cheerleader skirts with fitted black-and-white varsity jackets emblazoned with Pharrell’s latest album title — Girl — on the back.

Always the crowd-pleaser, the soon-to-be Voice judge changed some lyrics of his megahit “Happy” to fit the day’s football theme. “Here come that team talking this and that/But give it all you got and don’t hold it back/I should probably tell you they’ll be just fine/No offense, other team, but don’t waste your time.”

Sittin’ In All Stars at The Kimmel Center

Some of the most notable jazz artists in the Philadelphia area all came together for an All-Star version of “Sittin’ In”!

“Sittin In”, a monthly music series featuring special guest artist, has become one of the most popular series at The Kimmel Center! This All-Star roster included BASSic Black Entertainment artist Laurin Talese!

Joined by such artists as Grammy-nominated trombonist Jeff Bradshaw, spoken word artist Ursula Rucker, and hip-hop artist and producer Kokayi, the night represented some of the best entertainers Philadelphia has to offer!
