UNCF’s “An Evening of Stars” 2015

UNCF’s 36th Annual “An Evening of Stars” featured performances from some of today’s top artists while highlighting 4 outstanding HBCU college students.

Hosted by Anthony Anderson, UNCF’s mission behind “An Evening of Stars” is to raise money for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Four outstanding students were selected for this occasion and presented with scholarships from celebrities such as Kevin Hart, Chris Paul, and Usher.

UNCF has been calling on Adam Blackstone, CEO of BASSic Black Entertainment, for the past few years to be the Musical Director for this event. They’ve trusted his vision and they’re always pleased with the end results of the show. This year was no different!! Adam, backed by a full BBE band and singers, provided the musical force behind the performances of Yolanda Adams, Toni Braxton, Babyface, Jussie Smollett, K. Michelle, Big Sean, & Estelle!!

Rihanna Performs at 2015 March Madness Music Festival

Rihanna took the stage at the 2015 March Madness Music Festival to kick off the “Final Four” NCAA Championship Games!!

Rihanna entertained a crowed full of Final Four fanatics with some of her major hit records such hits as “We Found Love”, “Diamonds” and her latest hits “FourFiveSeconds” and “B**** Better Have My Money” .

BASSic Black Entertainment CEO, Adam Blackstone was co-Musical Director for this Festival performance and also played LIVE on stage!! Special S/O to all the other #TeamBBE band members!!

Rihanna Performs LIVE at The 2015 iHeart Radio Music Awards

Rihanna landed (literally) smack dab in the middle of The 2015 iHeart Radio Music Awards!!

Rihanna (aka Bad Girl Ri Ri) made her grand entrance through a helicopter in the middle of the 2015 iHeart Radio Music Awards stage! Performing her latest single “B**** Better Have My Money”, Rihanna definitely gave the audience a show they would never forget!

BASSic Black Entertainment CEO, Adam Blackstone, was co-Musical Director for the performance and also played LIVE on stage!

Meek Mill’s “Welcome Back” Concert

Meek Mill hit the stage at Wells Fargo center for his long awaited  “Welcome Back” concert!!

The Philadelphia native made his debut concert in his hometown of Philadelphia to a crowd of over 20,000 people. Many fans of the rapper have been waiting patiently for him to make his return to the big stage!! Keeping that in mind, Meek Mill made sure he provided fans and supporters with a concert they would never forget!! With special guest appearances and performances by French Montana, Yo Gotti, Beanie Siegel, Jeezy, and Rick Ross to name a few, this homecoming concert was definitely one for the books!!

BASSic Black Entertainment CEO Adam Blackstone served as Musical Director for the event and provided a FULL BBE Band! Adam and the band made Meek Mill’s hits like “Levels“, “House Party“, and “**** You Mean” take on a whole new life on stage!!

Jill Scott’s “You Don’t Know” Music Video

With much anticipation from her fans, Jill Scott dropped a video for her new single “You Don’t Know” produced by BASSic Black Entertainment CEO Adam Blackstone and Philadelphia native Steve McKie.

The video features cameo’s from ?uestlove of The Roots, BASSic Black Entertainment artist Aaron Camper, and CEO Adam Blackstone.
